中共中央关于成立中国共产主义青年团第十次全国代表大会筹备组的通知（概要）

《通知》说，为了筹备召开中国共产主义青年团第十次全国代表大会，中共中央决定成立团代会筹备组，组长为谢静宜。筹备组随后于2月26日至3月20日召开了第一次会议，会议起草并讨论修改了大会的工作报告、共青团章程和研究了代表名额的产生和分配办法。
